I called after getting off night shift asking what the latest they could do without holding them over was. I made an appointment for 1130am giving me only 3 hours of sleep. Giving 2 stars because I did arrive 7 minutes late but the only greeting I got was "I'm sorry, I have bad news. We are already full." What's the point in making an appointment if they can't hold spots? I imagine a barber shop as good customer service. Taking business somewhere else that doesn't do this when they knew i had to wake up extra early.
A great barber shop with excellent haircuts and shaves with very fair prices.
