I have been here since Monday night. My ice bucket,coffee cups,coffee, and coffee have never been refreshed. My shower has had dirt on the walls all week so I know that my shower hasn't been cleaned properly. And now I get home today and some of MY personal toiletries are missing. Not the ones they give you. My personally ones. Be very weary about staying here. Anytime something comes up missing it's wrong.
My husband and I were passing through for his work and we were driving to Graham TX to stay at a hotel there. Upon arriving in Brenkenridge, we passed the Ridge Motel. It looked very clean outside so we decided to stop instead of driving on to Graham. To our surprise, we LOVED this hotel!! Our room was so clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff all has wonderful customer service skills! We will definitely stay at this hotel again. If you need a nice clean safe place to stay, for sure this is the place!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could
Room was very nice and clean. Bed was a little worn, but still comfortable. Pool was pleasant!!
The ice machine was outside & the ice scooper was hanging outside on a wall so we had to go buy an ice chest & ice for the room. We also had to buy proper toilet paper for the room. The mattress was like sleeping on a wave literally. Absolutely NO air in the restroom & the vent was annoyingly loud.
Not only were our toiletries taken but our sheets were never changed all week. I popped a zit on Monday and got some blood on my pillow. The stain is on my pillow case right now as I like in bed
